Goodbye Mrs Arkinstall

Today we said goodbye to Mrs Arkinstall.  Mrs Arkinstall has worked in our office for 16 years and we were very sad to say goodbye to her today.  Mrs Arkinstall will be spending more time with her grandchild and starting a new job and also (hopefully!) putting her feet up.  Bye Mrs Arkinstall - we will miss you....

Goodbye Miss Healey

We had a special assembly for Miss Healey today as she is going to have a baby soon.  The children asked Miss Healey lots of questions and gave her lots of advice too!  We sang her some of our favourite songs and gave her some gifts for her and for the baby.  We very much look forward to meeting the baby soon.

Reel Education January 2025

Years 1 and 2 were excited to have a visit from John from Reel Education on Thursday and Friday.  The children had great fun learning all about fishing.  

Reel Education links to Get Fishing events which are run by the Angling Trust all over England – the aim being to introduce children to the outdoors and provide a lifelong connection to all the educational, health and wellbeing benefits that the wonderful world of angling brings to people of all ages and backgrounds each year. The Angling Trust aim to offer every child who engages in the project an opportunity to try fishing for free or at a low cost in their area.
